Our Return / Exchange Policy:
Merchandise purchased on is eligible for return of the cost of the item only, or exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery.  Fotodiox does not provide return shipping labels, or accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

Any items sent back to Fotodiox must be new, in the original manufacturer’s packaging and containing all components and paperwork (including but not limited to instructions, packing inserts, and the blank warranty card if applicable).

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and test their purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, Fotodiox is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost items.
