Credit Cards:
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International & Elo - Please provide the billing information of the credit card you are using. Billing information may include the following: name, address and telephone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank, or other issuer of the credit card. If you are using a shipping address which is different from the billing address, please also provide the telephone number of the shipping address.

Express Checkouts:
PayPal Express & Amazon Payments - Select this option at checkout to pay using your PayPal or Amazon account. You'll automatically be redirected to their secure site to complete your transaction.

Digital Wallets:
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Venmo - These options will bring up a pop-up overlay on the checkout page for you to enter your information and complete your transaction.

Check/Money Order:
If you would like to pay by check, please print out your order and mail the order page to us with your check enclosed. We will process your order immediately if you send us a bank check, or a certified check. Personal & business checks can take up to a week to clear before order processing will begin.

Product Warranties:

All products purchased as new carry a 2-Year / 24-Month Limited Warranty from Fotodiox from the date of purchase. Our warranty provides coverage for defects in product manufacturing only while supplies last. Our limited warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, user modifications, disassembly, loss, or theft. The limited warranty is not applicable on consumable items, items marked as used or clearance, cosmetic issues on the packaging of item(s), items bought from unauthorized dealers,  or products without a proof of purchase. Advance replacements are not provided under any circumstance. Warranty Policy is subject to change at any time.

The customer is solely responsible for shipping defective product back to us.

Customers are responsible for Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Please allow up to 10 business days (from the time we receive the return) for your warranty item to be processed. We will provide free standard shipping (USPS First Class / UPS Ground) when sending the tested product back to you. If expedited shipping is requested, there will be an additional charge.
