Handling Times
Fotodiox makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Central Time, US) will be entered the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. No orders will be processed during holidays. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you of the situation.

Delivery Times
Please be aware that all delivery times shown in your cart at checkout are estimates provided by the shopping cart program. The delivery times stated are the minimum estimated delivery time given by the delivery service of choice, not including handling times, ie; USPS Ground Advantage is an estimated delivery time of 3-6 business days, so the website will state 3 day delivery.

Delivery of Overnight and 2 Day Orders:
Orders placed on our site with a request for overnight, or 2 day delivery, are generally shipped on the day they are ordered. Please note orders made after 3:00 PM (Central Time, US) will be entered the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.

If you need an item by the next business day, please select UPS Next Day service as this is the ONLY guaranteed next day service we offer.

Shipping Charges:
We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping on all US orders. International shipping rates are based on weight; Canada is as low as $6.95. All prices on the website are shown in US dollars and shipping rates are added to the total. Illinois residents will also pay a mandatory 8.25% sales tax.

  • • All international packages are potentially subject to being held in the receiving country for up to 30 business days with no notice. For information on these packages, please contact your local customs office.
  • • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Fotodiox collects an estimated tax on all orders under 150. There may be additional fees levied by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay at the time they are levied.

  • Returns

    Fotodiox Return / Exchange Policy:
    Merchandise purchased on is eligible for refund of the cost of the item only, or exchange within 14 days of the date of delivery. Fotodiox does not provide return shipping labels, accept COD, or freight-collect shipments.

    Any items sent back to Fotodiox must be new, in the original manufacturer’s packaging and containing all components and paperwork (including but not limited to instructions, packing inserts, and the blank warranty card if applicable).

    Please include a copy of the invoice and a brief note to let us know if there was something wrong with the item and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please allow about 3-5 business days (from the date of delivery at Fotodiox) for the processing of returns and exchanges.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and test their purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, Fotodiox is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost items.
