Product Warranties:
All products purchased as new carry a 2 Year/24 month Limited Warranty from Fotodiox from date of purchase. Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only while supplies last. Our limited warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss or theft. The limited warranty is not applicable on consumable items, items marked as used or clearance, or items bought from unauthorized dealers. Advance replacements are not provided under any circumstance.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping defective product back to us.
Customers are responsible for Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Please allow up to 10 business days (from the time we receive the return) for your warranty item to be processed. We will provide free standard shipping (USPS First Class / UPS Ground) when sending the replacement product back to you. If expedited shipping is requested, there will be an additional charge.
