This starter set for the Camp Snap 2 includes accessories that protect your camera lens and adds creative control options. Featuring our anodized aluminum step-up ring, which adapts the Camp Snap 2's 30.5mm filter thread to accept 49, 52, 55, or 58mm accessories. We also include an inner-pinch lens cap to help protect the camera lens when not in use, the cap includes a keeper string that can be looped onto the camera's lanyard lug so you never lose it.

The optional add-on filter kit comes with three filters: a soft-diffusion filter to add an ethereal glow to your images, a circular polarizer for landscapes, and a UV filter for front-element protection or DIY creative effects.

Note: To use the cap and filters, the step-up ring must be attached to the camera lens.

Using a polarizer with a rangefinder is tricky because you can't see the effect through the viewfinder, but the trick is to use a separate viewer (like a small mirror, a polar checker, or even another camera's live view) to dial in the polarizer's rotation for the desired effect (glare/reflection reduction, deeper skies) on the lens, then carefully transfer that setting to the lens, often by marking the filter's position.
