Tear down is a breeze too (if a grid is attached, remove that first); pull up slightly on the rods while pressing the quick release buttons on the speedring and the softbox collapses with ease. The diffusion panels can be left in place during tear down and storage so your DLX EZ-Light is always ready to use.

The included eggcrate (soft grid) flags the DLX EZ-Light into a more contained area to fit challenging light requirements. The eggcrate provides directional control of soft box light, letting you keep light on your subject and off the background, controlling spillage. The velcro-style edging makes installation fast and easy.
